Do activities include insurance?

All our activities include accident insurance. We consider it as a basic guarantee that all our
activities are covered by it, obtaining our clients a full coverage during the time they are with
us.

What happens if the client does not show up on the day of the activity without giving prior notice?

Five Star will not be responsible for the economic return of the activity, in case the client does
not show up on the day of the activity.

What if you can't do an activity because of bad weather?

If the activity cannot be carried out, you will be sent a ticket with the next available date to
carry out the activity.
